When I started wearing mine at the grocery store, I was really surprised by how little it seemed to bother people--it really doesn&#039;t dissuade conversation or make me seem unapproachable (based on how often people ask me questions or strike up conversations), and it means that I can get a little further along in whatever audio book I&#039;m listening to at the moment.</description>
